There
is one thing for which I have a lot of respect for Jesus. He put an end to the
animal sacrifices in the land of Israel and its nearby countries once and for
all. His life also inspired many people to have compassion for all creatures
and follow a vegetarian diet. But, unlike Jesus, orthodox Christianity is the
enemy of humanity and our environment. Let me make a list of five damages
orthodox Christians have done:
Killing of trees:
The Bible is
the book with the highest number of copies across the world. Even though most
Christians don’t read it, they buy it just to decorate it in their houses or
pockets and to “show off” their Christianity. The Bible also doesn’t have any
moral or spiritual value, and is just a waste of paper. So, just imagine how
many trees have been cut just in order to produce the Bible copies. Plus, so many
Christians don’t even read it. Many Christian libraries have uncountable Bibles
that no one reads. There simply is
no justification for killing billions of trees to produce a stupid and sick book
which no one will read.
Food and money wastage: Orthodox Christians hold
parties on Christmas, the supposed birthday of Christ. While around a billion
people and animals are starving across the world, they waste so much food on
partying. Note that Christmas is an international festival, and the amount of food
and money people waste on this festival will be uncountable. Plus,
what’s annoying is that they waste this money for nothing, because 25th
December is actually a pagan celebration. Contrary to popular assumption, it is
not the birthday of Jesus Christ.
Hindering
scientific progress and development: The
Bible is the No. 1 enemy of science and technology. It has been nothing but an
obstacle for scientific research. Many scientists of ancient times were afraid
to talk about their research because it went against the Bible and they would
be punished. Out of them, those who dared to talk about their scientific
theories were punished and killed by the Church. There are still many
Christians who believe every word in the Bible to be absolute. Such fools still
believe that the Earth is flat and it doesn’t move even though science has
proved otherwise.
Plagiarism: Believe it or not, orthodox
Christianity has derived almost all of its stories from other religions. Many
stories in the Bible have been stolen from Hindu mythology. The story of the
virgin birth is obviously stolen from some pagan mythologies. And the concept
of God and Satan has obviously been
stolen from Zoroastrianism. Stupid Christian apologists may say that it was
Zoroastrianism who copied their concept. But, that’s rubbish. Zoroastrianism
was founded long before the Bible was compiled. The way of the Trinity has
likely been stolen from pagan Hinduism. The Hindu Trinity consists of three
gods- Brahma (creator), Vishnu (supervisor) and Shiva (destroyer). (Note that
only some polytheistic Hindus believe in the Trinity, not all.) Hinduism is the
oldest religion and it would be foolish to claim that it has stolen or derived anything
from other religions. The Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John have been
copied from original gospels like the Gospel of the Holy Twelve, the long lost
original gospel. Jesus never claimed to be God, but this concept of incarnation
too was stolen from Hinduism. Almost nothing in the Bible is original. Most
have been copy-pasted from other books and they claim it to be the absolute
word of God. Really funny, isn’t it? If the Bible were to be written today, I
am sure they would even add Harry Potter into it. Some may even think of adding
characters like Superman, Batman and Spiderman into the Bible. “Superman
believed in Jesus, and so he got his powers!” Ha, ha, ha, ha.
Wrong historical
information: The
Bible gives us four different stories about the same Jesus. Which one do we
follow? Plus, many stories are false. Many historians have confirmed that the
exodus never happened. No evidence has been found in Egypt that the Exodus ever
happened. Christian apologists claim that all the evidence was erased because
it was embarrassing for Egypt. But, that’s incorrect. At least, some evidence
always remains and in this case, there is simply no evidence. If the Israelites really escaped from Egypt, there
would have been a big population decline in Egypt. But, there was no such decline.
It is interesting to note that only the Bible and the Jewish scriptures talk
about the exodus. Reading the Bible carefully confirms that the story of the
exodus was invented to force people to worship Yahweh. Even if the exodus did
happen, we are 100% sure that it didn’t happen as the Bible describes it.
These
five are some of the examples of atrocities of orthodox Christianity. This list
can go on and on, but for now, this is all.
Blessed
