Blind faith

There are many ex-Christians who once used to defend their religion like it was the best in the world, like as if it really was a way to heaven, but once they were aware of the truth in their religion, they became atheists and started preaching against Christianity. We people should use our own conscience to decide what is right and what is wrong. It is stupid to use a book like the Bible, the Koran, or the Vedas, written years ago, to justify what we do today. Yet, Muslim and Christian fanatics find this too hard to understand. They don’t know how to be logical and practical. If while walking across the street, a man comes across a girl who is being raped by someone, it is his duty to go and immediately help her. But, an orthodox Christian is going to open the Bible and see what he is supposed to do. An orthodox Muslim will open the Koran and a mad Muslim fanatic is probably going to try to rape the girl himself.

The Bible, the Koran and the Vedas are the very books of the three main leading religions of the world. But, these three books are very inconsistent with modern days. None of these three books get along with science. Some Christians have decided to boycott the Bible and accept the Gospel of the Holy Twelve as their holy book. Many Hindus today ignore the Vedas and believe in the Bhagavad Gita. It’s because the Gospel of the Holy Twelve and the Bhagavad Gita are consistent even with today’s world.

It is really stupid to believe in four Gospels because only one can be true. That’s why either you choose one from the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, or you choose the Gospel of the Holy Twelve. It is better to do the latter. Many meat-eating gluttons of ancient times corrupted the teachings of Jesus and removed the teachings on animal rights. Yet, the Gospel has been recovered and thankfully, many people are being guided into the true path of Christianity. I am going to discuss why none of the four Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John is reliable.

As a religious scripture, the Bhagavad Gita is truly unmatched. Even though it is originally a Hindu scripture, today people have realized that it is a universal guide to humanity. Even Christians like Albert Schweitzer and atheists like Albert Einstein gave the Bhagavad Gita a lot of praise. The Bible is limited to orthodox Christians, the Vedas are limited to orthodox Hindus, and the Koran is limited to orthodox Muslims. But the Bhagavad Gita is a universal guide, even for atheists. It simply doesn’t teach about morality. It teaches about spirituality which naturally improves the morality of the people.

Like I said before, we should use our conscience to decide what is right and what is wrong. If we depend on so-called “holy” books like the Bible, we will be stuck in a world of questions. People whose conscience is weak should also read the Bhagavad Gita which is a true spiritual guide. It will help them improve their conscience, thus, improving their morality.

Why aren’t the four Gospels reliable?

If we hear four different stories about the same person, we would know that all four of the stories can’t be true. Only one of them or none of them is true. It is true that there are some similarities in the four Gospels. But there are a lot more things that don’t get along in the four Gospels. Like only two of them mention the virgin birth. If the Bible really is a word of God, why don’t we have absolute information about the story of Jesus?

Why would God narrate four different stories about the same Jesus? Laughable, isn’t it? Many historians say that the Gospel of the Holy Twelve was the long lost original Gospel of Jesus. As far as I know, there aren’t any ridiculous passages in the Gospel of the Holy Twelve. Let’s take a look at one of the stupid stories in the Gospel of Matthew.

Matthew 21: 18- 22 describes Jesus cursing an innocent fig tree just because it couldn’t bear him fruit. Is it really the sign of a prophet or a man of God? Three important points should be remembered.

1. The fig tree had no fruits, so how could it feed Jesus?
2. Jesus did so many miracles, so instead of killing it, why didn’t he just make the fig tree bear fruit?
3. A wise prophet would never hurt someone just for not getting food from them. But, Jesus is shown to kill the plant.

So, this proves that the Gospel of Matthew is not only unreliable but it has made Jesus look like a selfish and greedy person. So, we shouldn’t take these four Gospels to be historically true, but we should instead read the Gospel of Holy Twelve. Many passages and stories in the Bible is nothing more than mere babbling. Anyone who takes the whole Bible to be literally true is obviously doing so by blind faith.

More self-contradictions in the Bible

Let’s take a look at some more self-contradictions in the Bible, which will make non-Christians laugh and embarrass orthodox Christian fanatics. Such contradictions have proven that the Bible is flawed and the four Gospels aren’t historically reliable.

Question number 1: Did Joseph, Mary and Jesus go to Egypt after Jesus was born?

Matthew 2: 14: Joseph got up, took the child and his mother, and left during the night for Egypt, where he stayed until Herod died.
Luke 2: 39: When Joseph and Mary had finished doing all that was required by the law of the Lord, they returned to their hometown of Nazareth in Galilee.

Question number 2: After the Resurrection, where did Jesus appear to the eleven disciples?

Matthew 28: 16- 17: The eleven disciples went to the hill in Galilee where Jesus had told them to go. When they saw him, they worshipped him, even though some of them doubted.
Mark 16: 14: Last of all, Jesus appeared to the eleven disciples as they were eating.

Question number 3: Does the Bible teach us how to pray?
Matthew 6: 9: This is how you should pray: …
Romans 8: 26: For we do not know how we ought to pray…

Question number 4: Is wealth a sign of righteousness or is it a sign of sin?

Proverbs 15: 6: Righteous men keep their wealth, but wicked men lose theirs when hard times come.
James 5: 1- 3: And now you rich people, listen to me! Weep and wail over the miseries that are coming upon you! Your riches have rotted away, and your clothes have been eaten by moths. Your gold and silver are covered with rust, and this rust will be a witness against you and will eat up your flesh like fire. You have piled up riches in these last days.

Question number 5: How many blind men did Jesus heal while returning from Jericho?
Matthew 20: 29- 30: As Jesus and his disciples were leaving Jericho, a large crowd was following. Two blind men who were sitting by the road heard that Jesus was passing by, so they began to shout, “Son of David! Take pity on us, sir!”
Mark 10: 46- 47: They came to Jericho, and as Jesus was leaving with his disciples and a large crowd, a blind beggar named Bartimaeus, son of Timaeus was sitting by the road. When he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to shout, “Jesus! Son of David! Take pity on me!”

As we can see, there are hundreds of self-contradictions in the Bible. So, orthodox Christians should work for the welfare of this planet instead of arguing about whether the Bible is “holy” or not. Going to the church, believing in Jesus and accepting the Bible as God’s word doesn’t make you a Christian. To be a Christian, you have to be to loving, kind and compassionate towards all creatures of God like Christ was.
Blessed are the merciful.
